10:04 AM EDT, 04/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Merit Medical Systems ( MMSI ) said Wednesday it has acquired View Point Medical in a transaction valued at about $140 million, including assumed liabilities.

The Carlsbad, California-based View Point, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Merit, manufactures the OneMark Detection Imaging System and OneMark tissue markers, the company said.

Merit said it paid $90 million in cash at closing, with two additional deferred payments of $25 million each due no later than the first and second anniversaries of the closing date.
