Meritage Homes Increases Share Buyback Program, Maintains Quarterly Dividend

05:55 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Meritage Homes ( MTH ) said late Thursday it plans to increase quarterly share repurchases to $100 million in 2026.

The homebuilder has $536 million available under its current buyback authorization after repurchasing $273 million this year, including $128 million in Q4, with total repurchases for the quarter expected to reach $150 million.

The board maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.43 per share, payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record Dec. 17.
