04:45 PM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mesa Air Group ( MESA ) said late Friday it received a noncompliance notice from the Nasdaq due to its failure to timely file its form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31.

The firm said the filing delay is not because of a forthcoming restatement of its financial statements nor any disagreement with its auditors.

Mesa Air ( MESA ) has yet to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Dec. 31.

The company said it was given 180 calendar days, or until Aug. 12, to file the form 10-Q for both periods to regain compliance.
