07:46 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mesa Air Group ( MESA ) said Friday that it expects to complete its merger with Republic Airways on Tuesday and its common stock would trade on Nasdaq under the RJET ticker after closing.

The company also said it will implement a 15-for-1 reverse stock split after market close on Monday, with the post-consolidation shares to trade under the new RJET ticker from Tuesday.

Shares of Mesa Air Group ( MESA ) were down 4% in recent premarket activity Friday.
