01:09 PM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Meta Platforms ( META ) said it is "investing significantly" in generative artificial intelligence, particularly for games, according to a LinkedIn job posting.

The company said it aims to support Horizon, its online game across virtual reality, mixed reality, and augmented reality, but may also include non-Meta platforms such as mobile and PC.

"The Generative AI landscape is evolving quickly, especially for content creation," Meta said in the job posting. "Entirely new paradigms are being invented, and Meta is investing significantly into leading the industry."
