02:06 PM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Meta Platforms ( META ) is one of the investors in data and artificial intelligence company Databricks, which said Wednesday it raised $10 billion in equity financing from multiple investors.

The size and other details of Meta's investment in Databricks were not disclosed. Meta did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Databricks said it will allocate the funds towards new AI products, acquisitions, and its global operations.
