Meta Platforms, Lightstorm Vision Join Forces to Create Mixed Reality Experiences

02:12 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Meta Platforms ( META ) said Thursday that it is collaborating with Lightstorm Vision to create 3D/mixed reality entertainment experiences for Meta Quest, including live sports, concerts, movies, and TV shows.

Meta Quest will be Lightstorm's exclusive mixed-reality hardware platform, according to Meta.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
