Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.72.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $51.24 billion, up from $40.59 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $49.51 billion.

Meta said it expects Q4 revenue to be in the range of $56 billion to $59 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $57.36 billion.
