10:13 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Metal Sky Star Acquisition ( MSSA ) said Tuesday it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Fedilco Group, which holds an 80% equity stake in Armenia-based telecommunications company Viva Armenia.

Metal Sky Star Acquisition ( MSSA ) will purchase all outstanding shares of Fedilco Group following necessary approvals from Armenian state authorities, the company said.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
