08:15 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Metalla Royalty & Streaming ( MTA ) said Wednesday it has entered into an agreement with the Bank of Montreal ( BNKD ) and National Bank Financial for a revolving credit facility allowing it to borrow up to $40 million, with an accordion feature for an additional $35 million.

The company said it has also fully repaid and retired its existing CA$50.0 million ($36.4 million) convertible loan facility.
