Metallus to Begin Labor Discussions With United Steelworkers in August

04:45 PM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Metallus ( MTUS ) said Thursday it will begin labor negotiations with the United Steelworkers on Aug. 18.

The talks concern the current labor contract, which will expire on Sept. 29, the company said.

About 1,200 union workers at Metallus' ( MTUS ) Canton, Ohio, facility are covered by the agreement, it added.
