08:21 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Methanex ( MEOH ) on Thursday said it has received all U.S. regulatory approvals to close its acquisition of OCI Global's international methanol business as the review period has lapsed.

The transaction is expected to close on June 27 and remains subject to customary closing conditions.
