05:33 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Methode Electronics ( MEI ) said late Monday that Chief Financial Officer Ronald Tsoumas will retire, effective July 12, following the filing of the fiscal 2024 annual report.

The company intends to name David Rawden, 66, a director at consulting firm AlixPartners, as interim CFO until a permanent appointment is made.

Methode shares fell 4.1% in after-hours activity Monday. They rose 4.5% in the regular session.
