Methode Electronics Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Loss Narrows, Net Sales Decline; Shares Fall After Hours

05:10 PM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Methode Electronics ( MEI ) reported a fiscal Q3 adjusted loss Wednesday of $0.21 per diluted share, narrower than a loss of $0.33 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06.

Net sales for the quarter ended Feb. 1 were $239.9 million, down from $259.5 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $263.4 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 net sales between $240 million and $255 million.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $292.7 million.

The company's shares were falling over 12% in after-hours activity.
