Mexican bottler Arca places $446 mln in sustainability-linked bonds

MEXICO CITY, April 4 (Reuters) - Mexican bottler Arca

Continental said on Thursday that its subsidiary AC Bebidas had

placed 7.4 billion pesos ($446.11 million) in

sustainability-linked bonds.

Demand for the bonds was oversubscribed by 1.55 times, Arca

said, adding the funds would be used for strategic refinancing

with the goal of boosting recycled PET used in AC Bebidas'

bottles.

($1 = 16.5880 Mexican pesos)
