MEXICO CITY, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Mexico's government plans

to add 29.07 gigawatts of new power generation capacity by the

end of the present administration in 2030 fueled by an

investment of about $22.4 billion, the head of state-owned

electricity company CFE said on Wednesday.
