Mexico developer Gicsa floats delisting from stock exchange

MEXICO CITY, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Mexican real-estate

developer Grupo Gicsa will propose delisting from the nation's

main stock exchange in a shareholders' meeting scheduled for

next month, it said in a filing on Tuesday.

Gicsa would become the latest in a streak of Mexican firms

to go private or start proceedings to exit the exchange in

recent months.
