Mexico wraps up bond issues to finance Pemex buyback

MEXICO CITY, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Mexico's Finance

Ministry on Wednesday announced the completion of a total $13.8

billion in bond issuances and the closure of a $12 billion Pemex

bond buyback aimed at reducing the state oil company's debt

burden and strengthening its finances.
