Mexico's Aleatica to go private after shareholder approval

MEXICO CITY, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Mexican infrastructure

operator Aleatica said that its shareholders had voted on

Tuesday to delist from the nation's main stock exchange, making

it the latest to exit the market.

Previously, insurance provider Latino Seguros moved to go

private at the end of August, citing "the country's economic

conditions."
