MEXICO CITY, March 13 (Reuters) - Debt issued by Mexican

cementmaker Cemex was upgraded to a "BBB-" rating by credit

ratings agency S&P on Wednesday, pushing the firm one notch into

investment-grade territory after more than a decade.
