MEXICO CITY, April 18 (Reuters) - Mexican state oil firm

Pemex has agreed to hand over control of its Lakach natural gas

project in the Gulf of Mexico to Grupo Carso, a company

belonging to Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, El Heraldo
