03:33 AM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- mF International Limited (MFI) said on Friday that it priced its initial public offering of approximately 1.7 million ordinary shares at $4.50 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $7.5 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 250,000 additional shares.

Proceeds will be used for expanding service capacity and general working capital, the financial trading technology provider said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about April 24, subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions, the company added.
