MGM Resorts International Closes $750 Million Debt Offering

05:18 PM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MGM Resorts International ( MGM ) said late Tuesday it closed its offering of $750 million of 6.5% senior notes due 2032, issued at par.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay existing debt, it said.

Price: 46.34, Change: -0.07, Percent Change: -0.15
