MGM Resorts International to Launch $750 Million Senior Notes Offering

09:50 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MGM Resorts International ( MGM ) said Monday it is planning to launch a $750 million offering of senior notes due 2032.

The casino and resort operator said it will use the net proceeds to repay debt, including its outstanding 6.750% senior notes due 2025.

The company also said it may invest the net proceeds in short-term interest-bearing accounts, securities, or similar investments.

Price: 44.62, Change: +0.15, Percent Change: +0.34
