12:48 PM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cisco Systems ( CSCO ) and MGM Resorts International ( MGM ) said Monday that they have entered into an agreement, granting MGM access to the majority of Cisco's ( CSCO ) software portfolio and customer experience services.

Both sides entered a so-called whole portfolio agreement that would span 5.5 years and see Cisco ( CSCO ) provide services, including cybersecurity, software-defined networking, software-defined WAN, digital experience assurance, full-stack observability, and data center solutions.

The agreement builds off of Cisco's ( CSCO ) prior relationship with MGM Resorts ( MGM ), the companies added.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
