M/I Homes Increases Credit Facility to $900 Million

07:49 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- M/I Homes ( MHO ) said Friday it has increased its existing $650 million credit facility to $900 million and extended the maturity to September 2030.

The company said the amendment and extension provides additional liquidity and financial flexibility.
