M/I Homes Q4 Earnings, Revenue Rise

07:46 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- M/I Homes ( MHO ) reported Q4 earnings Wednesday of $4.71 per diluted share, up from $3.66 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.21 billion, compared with $972.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.17 billion.
