Miami International Launches IPO of 15 Million Shares

08:08 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Miami International said Monday it has launched the roadshow for its initial public offering of 15 million common shares, with the price range expected between $19 and $21 per share.

The company said its common stock has been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MIAX.

Miami International said it plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.25 million common shares.
