10:27 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Miami International ( MIAX ) reported Monday that its MIAX Exchange Group recorded an average daily trading volume of 9.5 million option contracts in August, up from 8.6 million in the month prior.

The MIAX Exchange Group options market share rose to more than 17% in August from about 17% in July.

Miax Futures Exchange posted an average daily volume of 11,190 contracts, up from 6,954 in July.

Shares of Miami International ( MIAX ) were up 1.6% in recent trading.
