11:15 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Miata Metals ( MMETF ) down 38% on last look, said Wednesday the latest drill results from the Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname confirm multiple stacked zones of gold mineralization.

The holes were drilled at Jons Trend which continues to be assessed as an open pit target, the company said.

Highlights include 27 meters of 1.45 g/t gold and 16.5 meters of 1.72 g/t gold.

Miata anticipates a further 3,000 meters of drilling at Jons Trend prior to the end of this year, to test its strike length and continuity.

The company's shares are down $0.26, to $0.42 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
