April 1 (Reuters) - Capri Holdings's ( CPRI ) finance chief

Thomas Edwards will leave the company to join department store

chain Macy's as its chief financial officer.

Edwards is succeeding Adrian Mitchell at Macy's, the

Bloomingdale's parent said on Tuesday.

Capri said Edwards will remain with the company until June

20 and succeeded by its unit Michael Kors' CFO, Rajal Mehta, in

an interim role.
