MicroCloud Hologram Files $300 Million Mixed Shelf Offering

10:12 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MicroCloud Hologram ( HOLO ) filed a registration statement Wednesday for the sale of up to $300 million of securities from time to time.

The securities cover common and preferred shares, debt securities, warrants, rights, and units.

Shares fell 7.5% in recent trading.

Price: 5.56, Change: -0.45, Percent Change: -7.49
