Micropolis Closes $15.5 Million IPO

02:47 PM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Micropolis Holding ( MCRP ) said Monday it has closed its initial public offering of about 3.9 million shares at $4 each for gross proceeds of $15.5 million.

The shares started trading on the NYSE American March 7.

The company granted its underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 581,250 additional shares. Network1 Financial Securities is the book-running manager for the offering.

Price: 3.28, Change: -0.27, Percent Change: -7.61
