Micropolis Prices $15.5 Million IPO

04:47 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Micropolis Holding ( MCRP ) said late Thursday it has priced an initial public offering of about 3.9 million shares at $4 each for gross proceeds of $15.5 million.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the NYSE American Friday under the ticker symbol "MCRP" and the offering is expected to close on March 10, the United Arab Emirates-based robotics manufacturer said.

The company has granted underwriters an option to purchase up to 581,250 additional shares within 45 days of the closing.

Micropolis ( MCRP ) said it intends to use the proceeds for hiring, marketing and general corporate purposes.
