Sept 17 (Reuters) - BlackRock ( BLK ) is preparing to

launch a more than $30 billion artificial intelligence

investment fund with Microsoft ( MSFT ) to build data centers

and energy projects to meet growing demands stemming from AI,

the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people briefed

about the matter.
