09:04 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) and Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said Thursday they formed a partnership under which Rezolve AI's ( RZLV ) Brain Suite will be powered by Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Azure cloud platform.

The aim of the partnership is to provide retailers with advanced AI services for customer engagement and operations management, which will be powered by Microsoft's ( MSFT ) cloud platform.

The Brain Suite, which includes Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) platforms Commerce, Checkout and Assistant, will be listed on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace for global distribution, the companies said.

Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) will also benefit from Microsoft's ( MSFT ) AI Cloud Partner Program, and will have access to Microsoft's ( MSFT ) 35,000 sellers and marketplace rewards in an effort to boost customer acquisition, according to the companies.

Financial details of the collaboration were not shared.
