08:18 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the UAE's Ministry of Investment to collaborate on using artificial intelligence in investment analytics, financial forecasting, and retail optimization, the ministry said Thursday.

As part of the memorandum, the two parties will explore opportunities to upskill the ministry's workforce through Microsoft's ( MSFT ) program aimed at training 100,000 employees in government called the AI National Skilling Initiative, the ministry said.
