Microsoft Developer Division President Julia Liuson Reportedly Stepping Down

01:40 PM EDT, 04/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) developer division president Julia Liuson is resigning after 34 years of service at the software company, news reports said Wednesday, citing an internal memo.

Liuson is expected to continue as the developer division chief until the end of June, after which she will move to an "advisory role" reporting to Jay Parikh, Microsoft's ( MSFT ) CoreAI chief, according to The Verge.

Liuson said in a memo to employees that she will collaborate with Parikh on organizational changes, CNBC reported.

Microsoft ( MSFT ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
