05:12 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) and Euroclear have signed a seven-year collaboration under which Euroclear will use the technology giant's cloud services and generative artificial intelligence to drive growth opportunities, the latter said Thursday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Euroclear intends to streamline its platform development and operations through the adoption of Microsoft's ( MSFT ) cloud technology, it said. Euroclear will also develop a financial data sharing ecosystem and a unified platform to improve its client interactions.
