06:23 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) and artificial intelligence cloud provider Nscale have signed an expanded deal covering about 200,000 Nvidia ( NVDA ) GB300 graphics processing units of hyperscale AI infrastructure across the US and Europe, Nscale said Wednesday.
The work is in collaboration with Dell Technologies ( DELL ) .
Nscale said it will deliver about 104,000 GPUs in a 240-megawatt campus in Texas, supporting the phased delivery of AI infrastructure services to Microsoft ( MSFT ) from Q3 2026. Over time, Nscale intends to scale its footprint to 1.2GW, with Microsoft ( MSFT ) holding an option on a second phase of 700MW beginning in late 2027.
Nscale said it will deliver roughly 12,600 GPUs at the Start Campus data center in Sines, Portugal, from Q1 2026.
