Microsoft, OpenAI sign MoU for next phase of partnership

Sept 11 (Reuters) - Microsoft ( MSFT ) and OpenAI have

signed a memorandum of understanding for their next phase of

partnership and are actively working to finalize contractual

terms, the companies said on Thursday.

"Together, we remain focused on delivering the best AI tools

for everyone, grounded in our shared commitment to safety," they

said.
