12:35 PM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) declined repeated offers from Microsoft ( MSFT ) for assistance in the aftermath of July's global system outage, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing a letter from the technology giant's attorneys to Delta representatives.

Delta and Microsoft ( MSFT ) did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
