10:22 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- A security vulnerability in Microsoft's ( MSFT ) SharePoint servers has compromised more than 400 systems, Dutch cybersecurity firm Eye Security said Wednesday.

Eye Security said it discovered that the systems were compromised during four confirmed waves of attack from July 17 to 19 and again on July 21.

The number of compromised systems compares to 100 organizations logged over the weekend, Reuters reported Wednesday.

Microsoft ( MSFT ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
