09:52 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) is collaborating with AI infrastructure company Crusoe to develop a new, dedicated AI factory campus in Abilene, Texas, to support large-scale AI workloads for the tech giant, Crusoe said Friday.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not provided.

The campus will have two new buildings and an onsite 900-megawatt power plant for grid resilience, according to a statement.

The first building is expected to be powered in mid-2027, Crusoe said.
