March 18 (Reuters) - Microsoft ( MSFT ) is weighing

legal action against Amazon ( AMZN ) and OpenAI over a $50

billion deal that could breach Microsoft's ( MSFT ) exclusive cloud

partnership with the ChatGPT maker, the Financial Times reported

on Wednesday.
