01:19 PM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Activision must pay Acceleration LLC $23.4 million after a federal jury in Delaware found that it infringed claim 12 of US Patent No. 6.701,344 for which it owes $18 million and claim 1 of US Patent No. 6,731.147 for which it owes $5.4 million.

Activision is also found to be liable to the plaintiff for prejudgment interest in an amount to be calculated.
