Microsoft's Metaswitch to be Acquired by Alianza

11:09 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Metaswitch, a cloud-native communications software provider, is set to be acquired by cloud communications platform Alianza in a deal announced Tuesday.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Alianza said the acquisition is set to close in Q1 2025.
