09:03 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Middlesex Water ( MSEX ) said Wednesday that its Tidewater Utilities unit acquired the water system assets of the Town of Ocean View in Sussex County, Delaware, for $4.6 million.

The water system serves about 900 customers who have been receiving their water supply from Tidewater since the system's construction in 2008, Middlesex Water ( MSEX ) said.
