11:11 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Midland States Bancorp's ( MSBI ) Midland States Bank unit has formed a partnership with Transend Financial to launch a business-to-business private-label working capital platform for suppliers, Transend said Monday.

The partnership will help suppliers offer instant access to working capital at the point of commerce, Transend said.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Midland States shares were up 2.1% in recent trading.
