Millennial Potash Up 18% After a U.S. Agency Commits $4.1 Million for the Banio Potash Project in Gabon

02:43 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Millennial Potash ( MLPNF ) shares were last seen up 18% on Wednesday after the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) committed up to $4.1 million in project development funding in its Banio Potash project in Gabon.

The company said the strategic investment, done under the DFC's project development program, will support a feasibility study on its Banio project which will begin in coming months. DFC's project development funds will be released over the course of the feasibility study and will be based on milestone activities completed that form integral parts of the feasibility study.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.270 at $1.70 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
